How we got started
In 2016, we set out to make the world's first organic flavoring concentrates designed for kombucha (a living beverage made from fermented sweet tea). Along the way, we created and patented a new way to brew, and perfected a system for flavoring this often harsh and sour tasting probiotic.
Where we started wasn't where we ended up. It was obvious that our natural flavor extracts were perfect for making other functional and natural beverages too. We even flavored cocktails and natural syrups for beverages with Brewch, and it was like magic!
So, here we are with the tools to make the best tasting natural beverages that are available. We want to share them with you and help everyone from DIY Flavor mavens, to commercial beverage formulators achieve the same magic we experienced.

We call it Kombucha Magic! Brewch Kombucha flavorings are concentrated from organic compliant, vegan gluten & sugar free extracts and are formulated for easy use at home. Plus, they are SCOBY safe and will not harm your living mother. For best results, try our pre-flavor conditioners to add or subtract zest, and boost the flavor profile using the mystic power of cucumbers and tree sap.

Brewch for Flavoring Cider, Framboise, Malt Beverages and Wine Coolers
Natural Ciders, Malt beverages, as well as wine coolers and hard seltzer can easily be flavored with Brewch. Adding top note flavors without disrupting the brix or sweetness profile is the key.
Brewch is an ideal tool when using natural sweeteners like stevia leaf or monk fruit extract. Our organic compliant conditioner "Miracle Mixer" and "Miracle Potion" are used to adjust beverage mouthfeel and tune out the bitter aftertaste that is common with natural and organic sweeteners. With these powerful flavoring tools, its easy for a home brewer to ascend to a level of flavoring that will even trick their friends into thinking they bought it at the store.

We ship our flavorings to over 60 countries around the world and touch millions of consumers as an ingredient and raw materials supplier to popular international brands since 2011. We have been flavoring and drinking our own kombucha for R&D since 2016, and received our first US patent for fermentation technology in 2022. We love to help natural beverage businesses scale up from popular farmers market and tap-house brands, to regional distribution.
