How to Flavor Naturally Brewed Beverages

Ciders, Framboise, Malt Beverages, Wine Coolers and Natural Seltzer are easily flavored using Brewch.

Step One

Define your pre-flavor beverage base

This is a boring and repeatable recipe you know how to brew and scale with available ingredients. It could be as simple as a single variety apple cider, generic hefeweizen or sweetened seltzer base that you produce or procure.

Will you need TTB paperwork?

If you are producing an alcoholic beverage that is taxed by the TTB, you will need to contact us for specific requirements. Each flavor that is eligible for use has a different usage rate that is permitted by TTB.

Step Two

Test drops of brewch flavorings in your Beverage base

Fill a 100ml-200ml  test vessel with your beverage base and drip 3-5 drops of Brewch in using our 15ml sample size bottles. Use different flavors in a complex blend, or just pick a single one you like.

Use our flavor drops calculator to finalize your recipe and get market feed back on a larger test batch.
